About Scrollpace

Scrollpace makes printable Bible reading plans, dated for each reader, for Protestant, Catholic and Orthodox Bibles.

Plans are calculated by code, not written by hand or by AI. The chapters of your chosen reading are laid end to end and divided into days of about the same number of verses. Automated tests check that every chapter of the canon appears exactly once, that dates and rest days are right, and that days stay balanced.

Chapter and verse counts come from the versification tables of the CrossWire Bible Society’s SWORD project: the standard English Protestant numbering, the Catholic (New American Bible, Nova Vulgata) numbering and the Orthodox (Septuagint) numbering. We print references only, never Bible text.

Our guides are written and edited by people. Facts about the canon and church teaching link to their source: the Holy See, the US bishops' conference, the Church of England, the Orthodox Church in America and Bible societies. We aim to describe each tradition fairly and in its own terms.
